Business is done best when you have an extra hand that will boost you revenue and impact simply because a good business partnerships allow you as a businessman and blogger to be able to reach higher business levels that you wouldn't have achieved on your own influence.
By having a good business partnership you increase your power in that particular industry as you will be sharing exchanging different skills in a more mutually productive way. • Partner Roles - As I have mentioned earlier, in a partnership there should be roles and there shouldn't be one who will carry out most of roles compared to the other because that might boil your business partnership.

• Shares - It might be tempting to have 50% share as your partner but to give you advice that is really not a good Idea because there should be at least one authoritative voice in the partnership which will ensure that decisions are taken accordingly and productively.

• Responsibilies - Responsibility is the most important aspect of business.

Business Partnerships can be drafted successfully as I have mentioned in the above paragraphs above but that is not enough when humans are involved because that can drive a number of emotions and ego's that can affect your business negatively. I prefer that the business associates should draw up a written agreements can help solve the business pitfalls that are faced by many partnerships.
The drawn up agreement should include some important things such as Roles and Responsibilies that each partner will hold in the partnership.

How I Permanently Removed The Shortcut Virus

The shortcut virus is the biggest nightmare that any blogger could face as this virus has the potential of avoiding the impact of antivirus softwares in any computers.

This type of virus was easily removed from a pc by simply using a virus removal tool but well today it is a different story because this virus cannot be detected anymore as of the research I did on it and the only way to solve it was by entering some codes on your computer which will remove the shortcut virus in a selected drive that you might think is infected.

When I purchased a new laptop for doing some business, it happened that I had connected a flash drive into it to install a program without knowing that the flashdrive I used had been infacted by a shortcut virus. When I downloaded an antivirus software online and tried to remove the virus, it became a bit impossible until I had to try some alternative ways to remove the virus infection.
It was quite a sad moment because I seriously needed the information that was in that disk until I was forced to tried to use some coding which really helped me fix my virus problem cause I tried using different shortcut removal softwares and it did work partially as these softwares were able to remove the shortcut virus from the drivers that you may choose to clean.

I have created a BATCH file which I used to clean my new computer just by a single click and with 10 seconds the computer was cleaned after using the antivirus software.

We have created this simple awesome floating Christmas widget for blogspot users and which I believe will work also on other blogging platforms as I created this widget using HTML which is acceptable in most blogging platforms and websites.

Widget Blog Installation

Installing this widget is very simple but to respect those that are new into blogging I will will show the steps that should be followed to successfully install this widget on their blogs.

• Step 1 - Log into Blogger Dashboard and  select the blog you want to install the Christmas widget
  
• Step 2 - Go Layout and select Add Widget on your blog layout page.
  
• Step 3 - A window will pop up on your screen and in that window you will have to select JavaScript/HTML.

Editing The Widget

You might want to edit your widget in a way that suites your blog design then probably thats very simple as all you will have to do is to to follow the guide that is given below.

  You can alter the background of the widget simply by adding any colour of your choice, you don't need to hastle about which colour html code you will have to use as you will only be required to use real colour names such as blue,red, green etc.  You will only have to change the colour name.

  The current width used on the image is 100px which you can also alter on a way that suites you but I will recommend that you don't change it.
